** A Big International Firm Operating a Mega Construction Projects (Roads, Water treatment, Infrastructure.. Etc) Located in Kuwait Needs Engineers For a Project in Georgia:

1- Team Leader / Contract Supervisor:

-- This individual will be a Highway engineer with at least at least 15 years’ international experience in road construction projects financed by international financing institutions.

-- Out of which 5 years of FIDIC or equivalent.

-- At least 5 years of experience in relevant managerial position (TL) in road construction supervision projects.

-- The candidate should have a proven record of managerial capability through the directing/managing of major civil engineering works, including contracts of a similar magnitude.

2- Resident Engineer (RE) / Deputy Team Leader:

-- The RE (Deputy Team Leader) will be a Highway Engineer with at least 15 years of professional engineering experience in roads projects.

-- At least 5 years of experience as a RE in highways construction supervision projects, RE or equivalent on similar construction works, including works on cement-concrete pavement.

-- The RE, assisted by his team, would act as the Engineer's Representative as defined in the civil works contract.

3- Snr. Quality Assurance Engineer:

-- This position requires an Engineer with at least 15 years of experience in highways construction supervision projects.

-- Including 5 years of international experience on the position of a Quality Assurance Engineer.

-- The quality assurance engineer should have demonstrated capability of establishing quality assurance programs in highway construction projects, supervising the setup, organization and layout of the contractors’ field laboratories; monitoring the mobilization of the testing equipment to ensure that the laboratories are adequately equipped to perform all the specified testing requirements of the civil works contracts.

4- Snr. Bridge-Structural Engineer:

-- A qualified bridge engineer with at least 15 years of experience in road construction supervision projects.

-- Including 5 years of international experience on a position of a Bridge Engineer.

-- The bridge engineer should be capable of monitoring the contractors and, provide working drawings, specification details and instructions to the contractors within the construction site.

5- Geotechnical Expert (Bridges):

-- Geotechnical Expert shall have at least 15 years of experience in road construction supervision projects.

-- Including 5 years of international experience on the position of a bridge/road Geotechnical Expert.

-- The Geotechnical Engineer should have experience of geotechnical works.

6- Contract and Claim Specialist:

-- Contract and Claim Specialist should preferably be an engineer with a bachelor degree in civil engineering.

-- With 10 years of experience on the position of Contract or Claim Specialist of FIDIC contracts and/including 5 years of international experience in road infrastructure projects.

-- Consultant shall be experienced in determination of contractual claims and resolving contracts disputes.

7- Road Safety Engineer:

-- A qualified certified road safety engineer with at least 15 years of experience in road projects.

-- Including 5 years of international experience on a position of a Road Safety Engineer.

-- The Road Safety Engineer should be capable of implementation Road safety audit, checking Effectiveness of road safety measures considered by the design and their compliance with internationally accepted modern safety requirements.
