A recruitment agency is looking for Senior Recruitment Specialist , have 5 - 7 years of experience in Overseas REC Companies & HR Diploma
Duties and responsibility: - Project holder from A - Z 1- Communicate Clients with different Nationalities 2- Receiving the Requests via Phone or e-mail 3- Searching for Candidates in Our Data base (website & Emails) 4- Hunting Candidates from other Sources 5- Screening and Filtration 6- Conduct an Initial interview for Candidates ( HR & TECH ) 7- Negotiation & Conviction the job offer with Candidates 8- Scheduling interviews for the candidates 9- Proper follow-ups with the prospective candidates until they complete all the rounds of interview. 10 Follow up with Clients & Candidates after hiring 11-Preparing working monthly reports and reporting to Executive manager
