Senior Design Engineer (Steel)

For a well-known steel structure company and factory specify in (Design, Manufacture, Supply & Installation of Steel Buildings & all kind of Steel Structures ) basically produce “Hot Rolled steel fabricated structure” needs 

Job Title : Senior Design Engineer 
Bachelor : Civil / Mechanical Engineering
Location : Jeddah 

Nationality: Egyptian

Duties and responsibilities :
-Review, check and supervise the design process
- provide advice and consultations for issues related to design and detailing 
- Reviewing the customer drawings, connections and specifications completely 
- coordinates between design dept. and the client to finalize the project specifications 
- Reviewing the proposals from customers and preparing Quotation estimation as per the job requirements the approvals and estimation 
-Supervision the Design engineering group
- Good knowledge in various types of PEB (steel buildings) like Rigid frames, BC frames, Single lope, L-canopy, T-Canopy, Multi span etc…
- In depth knowledge of structural and design codes like 
• American institute of steel constructions manual (AISC 2005)
• Metal buildings manufacturing Association (MBMA 2002)
• American Society of civil engineers (ASCE7-05)
• Steel Joist institute code (SJI)
• Steel Deck institute Manual (SDI)
